Pastors Dennis and Amy Kropp

Dennis began serving CGC in 1998 with the development of the men’s dance and flags teams. Dennis was ordained as an elder in 2003. In 2004, Dennis took over as interim Youth Pastor, a job which he never relinquished. His passion for Jesus and the youth of His body is evident from the first time you meet him. In 2022, he began preaching on rotation and was installed, along with Amy, as lead pastor in 2023.

Amy began serving CGC in 1997 with the development of the women’s tambourine and dance teams, Tabernacle of Praise. She began working at Lighthouse Christian Academy in 1996 as the Spanish teacher, a job which she would continue until 2023. In 2019, Amy began preaching on rotation at CGC, and she began seminary training in 2020. She was ordained by Maranatha Ministries Fellowship, International in 2022. Following the death of her father, Don Yarborough in 2023, Amy accepted the appointment by the elders of CGC to lead the church along with Dennis into the next chapter of the church.

Pastor Rodney Dirig

Rodney Dirig has been with CGC since the beginning in 1975. He was instrumental, not just in the formation of the church, but bringing Pastor Don and Jackie to the area, purchasing the building where the church now meets, and renovating the entire building.  He has served in multiple ways as a long time elder, worship leader,  teacher at the Christian school, overseer of the youth group, overseer of BASIC College Ministries, assistant pastor, and is now recognized as the apostle/prophet over Community Gospel Church.
